Our first step is a goal-setting call where we’ll figure out where you are along your fitness journey, exactly what you want to achieve, and if we’re a good match (I only take on clients who I really believe I can make a big difference to)
If we decide we’re a good match, the next step's to build a transformation plan specifically for you to get in the shape of your life. The plan will be built around your lifestyle and time frame so that no matter how busy you are you can still get amazing results
The final step is for me to come to your house to train you 1-4 times a week for at least 3 months, this commitment is to ensure you’re in this for the long run and to allow me to really impact your life and transform your health and confidence
Included in your Transformation package to help you get the most out of the experience, you’ll also receive a Nutrition plan, healthy recipes, lifestyle guides & food tracking tools
