25-Minute Fullbody Kettlebell Workout

Haven't got long to train? Try this full-body kettlebell workout designed to work your body maximally in minimal time







The truth is you don't need long to train to get amazing results


As long as you're focusing on pushing yourself and prepared to go pretty heavy you'll be amazed at what you can really achieve


This workout below is an amazing testimonial of that


In just 25 minutes I want you to work every fraction of your body while simultaneously taxing your cardiovascular system

To complete this workout, I want you to rest for a maximal of 20 seconds between each exercise and then for 1 minute between rounds


To make sure you stick to your rest interval, the rule is you can't put the weight down until you've finished one full round


The beauty of this workout is you're doing a series of compound exercises back-to-back, this allows you to go heavier (and tone your muscles more effectively!) and because you're going from legs, to shoulder, to back etc - your body has to pump blood extremely quick around the body


This not only taxes your cardio system more effective but also gets you burning more

THE WORKOUT





EXERCISE ORDER


  1. Kettlebell Swings

  2. Elevated Press-ups

  3. Thrusters

  4. Row - Deadlift

  5. Curls

  6. Tricep Extensions



EXECUTION


  • Perform each exercise back to back with an absolute maximum of 20 seconds rest

  • Rest for 1 minute between rounds

  • Each exercise perform for 40 seconds, if the exercise is a single-arm exercise, perform 40 seconds on each side

  • Shoot between 4-6 rounds




GOAL OUTCOME


This one workout can get you fantastically strong


By focusing just on the "big basics" and leaving out all the fluff you can get unreal results


Complete this routine 3-4 times a week for a month and you'll see exactly what I mean


Stronger, more flexible, a sh*t tonne more toned but best of all.. more confident
