Gorgonzola Chicken

The most succulent, delicious chicken recipe in all the lands.. unless you don't like cheese

Out of all the chicken recipes I've made, this one packs the most flavour by far

It's quick, all in one pan and it's as lean as lean can be


  • 300g Skinless chicken thighs

  • 30g Gorgonzola cheese

  • Pack of asparagus

  • A few sundried tomatoes

  • Butter

  • 150-200ml single cream

  • Seasoning


1. Grab a frying pan and whack the heat up to medium. Plop in a teaspoon of butter

2. Slice up the chicken thighs and add to pan once hot

3. Allow to sit while you add seasoning

4. Move around the chicken occasionally, making sure it's cooking on all sides thoroughly

5. When the chickens browned off nicely, add the sliced asparagus and sun-dried tomatoes, single cream and gorgonzola to taste

6. Heat through and serve with garlic bread, rice or potato
